Gandujiyya has contributed much to a large number of people who benefitted through its holy desire to help the needy individuals. Gandujiyya is not all about politics for it has been there over the years helping many communities in Kano State and of course beyond. Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has held many positions before becoming deputy governor for eight years and then the governor from 2015 – 2023, by which his term of office would expire on May 29th 2023.
For decades, he remains the only governor who listens to his people. Kano being what it is, it is only a very courageous person that could govern it successfully.
Late Governor Abubakar Rimi had tolerated such political nuisance, one can recall how Maitatsine was about to capture Kano but with the help of God, such horror was brought down successfully.

Governor Ganduje is the very best governor after Audu Bako and Rimi. He has been accused of this and that. The problems with Kano State are those who came from neighbouring states and even engage themselves into the local politics of the state doing all they could to thwart the peace and harmony of the state.
Governor Ganduje will be in history for doing his best despite the propaganda of calumny for political desire. I do know that people don’t appreciate you until when you are not there. Thanks, Governor Ganduje, for the security network provided for good eight years.
