Scores of Fuji and gospel musicians across Nigeria are expected to grace 2017 Ibadan countdown festival, the Director of the festival 2017, Emeka Alfred has said.
He said the importance of the programme is for the youths to share ideas and network among their friends from every part of the country, saying it is an avenue to have friends across the country.
Alfred noted that with the line up programme for the 2017, Oyo state is expected to win the best culture display in Nigeria in the future, adding that there would be a display of masquerades from all over the state during the one-month event.
The director who spoke at a press conference in Ibadan said the programme is scheduled to hold at the palms, ring road shopping mall, Ibadan while a road show demonstration has been organized as part of the event.
According to him, there is going to be a fashion display that will promote emerging designers in Ibadan and other part of the state.
