The “Refined Investor” series, a premium real estate forum hosted by Fine and Country, is set to debut in London, United Kingdom in October.
Investors look forward to the forum to receive accurate market insight which seeks to address the myth and misconceptions about investing in Nigeria.
Addressing journalists ahead of the event, the Chief Executive Officer/Vice Chairman of the company, Udo Maryanne Okonjo, said the event which holds October 6th and 7th is expected to attract leading Nigerian Diaspora professionals, sports stars, entrepreneurs, family administrators, wealth advisors, and real estate enthusiasts.
The event which is billed to coincide with the country’s 57th independence anniversary will herald discussions around the latest developments in the ease of doing business, residential property opportunities, security, value and growth.
The seminar will also seek to explore creativity in financing diaspora investors, harnessing potentials of high net-worth diaspora investors as well as an indepth review of real estate regeneration opportunities.
