The Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Commissioner of Police CP Muhammad Mustafa has reassured foreigners resident in Abuja, that adequate security measures have been put in place to provide a safe and secured atmosphere for their businesses to thrive.
He stated on Wednesday when he received the Charge D’Affaire of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Nigeria, Mr. Qin Jian who a led a delegation on a courtesy visit to the headquarters of the command.
CP Mustafa commended the diplomat for the robust working relationship between the Embassy and the FCT Police Command.
In his remarks, the Charge D’affaire, Mr. Qin Jian said the visit was to build on the existing partnership between the Chinese Embassy and FCT Police Command.
He said the Command has been prompt in providing security and protection for it citizens and their businesses located in FCT.
He also said the Embassy will continue to collaborate with the Command in providing training and logistic support.
The highlight of the visit was the donation of a brand new vehicle to the Command by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China.
