Chakfem community of Mangu Local Governmemt Area of Plateau State has raised the alarm over what it termed ‘incessant attacks’ on its people allegedly by Mangun over farmland dispute.

The community also alleged that motorcycles belonging to their  members were confiscated, while some of their people were either held hostage or denied access to their family members.

The chairman of Chakfem Development Association, Celestine Sonso, alleged that Mangun community mounted illegal road blocks on all routes leading to and from Chakfem.

Reacting, the chairman of Mangun community Development Association,  Pius Wamjwam, dismissed the allegation, saying that it was his people that were rather attacked on the farm.
