A former chief of staff to the immediate past governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano, Chief Primus Odili, has declared his intention to vie for the position of Anambra North Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections.
He will contest for the senatorial position on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

By this declaration, Odili will battle for the APGA ticket with the wife of his former boss, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano at the primaries.
Odili declared his interest on Tuesday evening before the traditional rulers, the president generals of various communities, market leaders, youth leaders and other APGA principal officers in Anambra North Senatorial District.
