To promote indiginious products, the Union of Kids Fashion Designers in Arewa (UKIFDA) is organising the first arewa kids fashion in Kaduna tomorrow.
Co-Founder, UKIFDA, Salamatu Usman Abubakar while speaking with Daily Trust said the ‘Bazaar’ is aimed promoting made in Nigeria kids fashion.
She said,” Made in Nigeria kids fashion has been in existence for a while now, but not everyone is aware of it because not everyone values our efforts, not everyone thinks buying made in Nigeria kids outfit is worthwhile.”
She noted that organising the bazaar will bring the public’s attention to the outstanding proudly made in Nigeria kids outfits as thousands of different varieties of designs would be showcased during the bazaar.
The two day bazaar has no age limit and it is open to members of the general public, the organisers said.
Salamatu said she hope that at the end, awareness on made in Nigeria kids fashion will reach every nook and cranny of the north and Nigeria entirely.
