Residents of Sakau area of SabonGari in Wudil said they woke up Sunday morning to the gory sight of the dismembered body of the baby, saying the legs and head of the new born baby were found in different pieces inside grasses and fire-woods but the body parts have not been found yet.

“We searched but couldn’t find the remaining parts of the baby. It was after we buried the legs, approximately two hours later that I was informed that the baby’s head has also been found inside grasses. We reported again to the authorities, and we had to dig out the legs we buried,” he said.
