The Deeper Life Bible Church says the ongoing efforts of the Federal Government to ride the country of corruption would always get the support of its members as fighting the menace was one of the cardinal principles of the church.

In a statement, Monday, in Minna, the State overseer of the church, Pastor Toyin Araromi lauded the federal government’s anti-corruption initiative and urged well-meaning Nigerians to jettison sentiment and support the “bold step”.

The statement signed by Mr. James Obute, its head of media and information said “the church is at the forefront in the fight against corruption by preaching righteousness and if everybody does right, corruption will definitely go down.”

The church also commended the federal government and the security agents for the success so far recorded in the fight against insecurity. “The efforts of security operatives to ensure security of life and property of all must be lauded and supported,” it said.

The Church was also optimistic that the current economic recession will be overcome, while calling on Nigeria to be consistent in prayers for the progress of the country.

The church said its upcoming crusade in Niger state slated for Thursday 27 October, 2016 titled, “Supernatural Rain for All” signifies all round blessings for all Nigerians. It said the crusade will be presided by its General Superintend, Pastor Williams F. Kumuyi
