The Code of Conduct Bureau is for the first time participating at the ongoing Lagos International Trade Fair and Exhibition in Lagos.
Chairman of the Bureau,Sam Saba,said his agency was at the fair to spread campaign of change agenda of the Federal Government in the country.
He said the issue of public sector corruption and the imperative to eliminate it and its effects on national development informed the proposition on which the Federal Government launched the ‘Change Begins With Me’ campaign
He said:”The Bureau is here at the Lagos International Trade Fair to reinforce the Federal Government’s campaign for positive change in attitude and conduct of all Nigerians in public and private business activities,so that our socio-economy conditions may change for the better.”
Speaking on the occasion of the Bureau’s special day at the fair,Saba said his agency relates to corporate business or the private sector directly in that it emphasizes the role of ethics in corporate business just as it is for public service bureaucracy.
