Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi state is yet to vote due to technical hitches of the card reader at his Mai Alelu polling unit (006) Nassarawa Ward 2 in Birnin Kebbi.
The voters who spoke to our correspondent said they had queued at the polling unit according to their gender as earlier as 7am.
