Aliegba who made the disclosure in Makurdi during an interview with newsmen expressed optimism that the plan when actualized would boost adequate security of lives and property of the people from consistent harassment by suspected herders.
“We are already discussing with a consultant who is developing a masterpiece to reconstruct the Tiv architectural rural setting. There is a need to reconstruct the settlement pattern of Tiv people.
“We are trying to see how our people can live in clusters with reasonable population. It can also be achieved when we institute rural mass housing scheme,” he said.
