The governor made the pledge yesterday when he visited the Emir of Katagum, Alhaji Muhammad Kabir Umar, to condole with him over the incident.
Yuguda described the blast as unfortunate and prayed God to grant those who lost their lives in  the incident eternal rest. He also wished those who sustained injuries quick recovery.
 The governor ordered that each of the victims that is presently receiving treatment should be given N50,000.
 “It is very unfortunate that innocent lives were lost but I assure you that such a thing will not happen again. We call on people of the state to pray for sustenance of peace,” he said.
 Responding, the Emir of Katagum, represented by the Makaman Katagum, Alhaji Ali Husseini, called on government to end the insurgency.
