The General Secretary, Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association (NATA), Musa Yahaya, has appealed to the Federal Government to help in the area of training and retraining of members on the modern best practice in automobile industry for the benefit of the country.

Yahaya, who made the call in Benin while speaking to journalists during the association’s delegate election, said the training and retraining would help build the automobile industry.

“The basic problem of the automobile technicians is training and retraining to meet the dynamism of the industry. Before, we detect fault through try and error but now you use machine to detect fault and solve it,” he said.
