Former national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Chief Audu Ogbe and the national coordinator of the League of Patriotic and Progressive Youth (Young Patriots), Prince Azusu Echezona gave the advice recently in Abuja at the formal launching of the Young Patriots.
The event which also featured a summit of APC youth leaders was organized by League of Patriotic and Progressive Youths, International Republican Institute (IRI), Alliance for Credible Elections (ACE-Nigeria) and USAID.
Ogbe said, “Nigerian youth should not bow to the cynicism of some people who want to frustrate them. They must challenge the old ways of doing things that has tied Nigeria down, we are assuring them of our support. We have a duty to open the door for you to start.”
