An author, Rabiah Labaran made this known at the presentation of her book ‘It’s a Woman’s World’ in Abuja yesterday.  
Labaran said the 35 per cent affirmative action for women, which the present administration is seen to support, should go beyond just having women in high positions or equal representation in the polity.
She said what is required is picking women of substance to represent them in those positions, insisting that they are still relevant in the transformation of the nation.
 Labaran said women have great roles to play in governance inspite of the fact that not many recognise their strength.
