The Senator representing Benue North East, Mr Gabriel Suswam, has said he will challenge in court the outcome of the February 25, senatorial election which he lost to Barrister Emmanuel Udende of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Suswam’s media aide, Bede Bartholomew, who disclosed this to journalists in Makurdi, said that the election was marred by irregularities.
He said, “He (Suswam) will retrieve his mandate in court. The people of the zone overwhelmingly voted for him but INEC did not do its job properly.”
