Sunshine Stars Technical Adviser, Kennedy Boboye, has said he wasn’t happy with the result of the match-day three of 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) against Abia Warriors.
Sunshine Stars played a barren draw with Abia Warriors on Sunday at the Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu Ode.
He said the initial plan was to pick the maximum points in the encounter to move up the NPFL log.
Boboye, who stated this in his post match interview, said that Sunshine Stars would continue to push as he added that they would go out and fight like wounded lions to regain the points lost at home.

The ex-International said “We have put the outcome of the match behind us. It’s done and dusted. Our target now is the next game against Akwa United.
“The game was very tough. We played against a good team but it’s still a mirage how two goals were disallowed and we had another penalty that was not given.”
