Nasarawa State governor, Abdullahi Sule, has presented flags to a former governor of the state, Senator Umaru Tanko Al-Makura (Nasarawa South) and six other candidates contesting the 2023 elections on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Others presented with flags are Mohammed Al-Makura (Lafia/Obi Federal Constituency), Dahiru Abdullahi Angibe (Lafia Central), Hajara Danyaro (Nasarawa Central), Hauwa Muhammad Bawa (Obi 1), Larry Ven-Bawa (Akwanga North) and Mohammed Okpoku (Udege/Loko).
The governor said the APC under his leadership in the state would remain law abiding and based on legal advice would only present flags to candidates that emerged victorious from ongoing court cases.

Governor Sule prayed to God to deliver all the party’s candidates from top to bottom.
