Meanwhile, the South West Coordinator of the National Association of Nigerian Student (NANS), Comrade Adegboye Emmanuel Olatunji, has called on the state police command to produce the erring police officer.

The student body lamented the harassment of students on the Ibadan-Eruwa expressway by officers of the Nigeria Police Force from Apata Command.

Confirming the development, the state police public relations officer, Adewale Osifeso, through a text message, said he would update the public as soon as any arrest is made. “You would be updated, please,” he said.
