The National Chairman, African Renaissance Party (ARP), Yahaya Ndu told journalists yesterday in Abuja that the way the  PDP  and the All Progressive Congress (APC) are over heating the polity is not the best for the nation, rather they should join hands  to solve the myriad of problems affecting  the country.
According to Ndu, the contest  for  power between the two political parties in Nigeria should not degenerate to put  lives and property of Nigerians in peril.
“The Nigerian political elite should take note that membership of all political parties in the country today, whether registered, deregistered and yet to be registered, do not constitute up to 10 percent of the population of the people of Nigeria and that they do not have any right to put the over 90 percent others in jeopardy,” he said.
Speaking further,Ndu says “going through the comments of Nigerians from all works of life on the recent political development in our country it is clear that patriots from different persuasions as well as non- partisan statesmen and women are calling on the political gladiators in the land to tread with extreme caution.”
