Stillborn calf with two heads discovered

Workers discovered this deformed 5kg calf in the womb of a recently-butchered animal at the abattoir in Obidos, Brazil.And closer inspection revealed the stillborn beast had eyes, ears and nostrils but was bald with a tiny body and legs. Despite butchering animals for a living, even the workers at the abattoir were shaken by what they saw.  One said: “We have never seen anything like it in our lives. Word about the animal spread rapidly around the town and loads of people came to have a look.It shocked us all at how weird and alien it looked.” The owner of the cow’s mother, Aluisio Cancio, explained how he chose to have her killed because he believed she was no longer fertile.
