Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has appointed several key executive appointments across its Group, it announced.

Eric Fajemisin, previously the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers assumes the role of Executive Director, Corporate and Transactional Banking, Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC.

Babatunde Majiyagbe has also been appointed the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Nominees, a custodial and investor services company in Nigeria for non-pension assets.

Other appointments include: Olumide Oyetan, Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers; Dare Otitoju is Executive Director (ED), Investment Management, Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers.

Busola Jejelowo is ED, Investments, Stanbic IBTC Asset Management; and Wunmi Ehis-Uzenabor as ED and COO of the asset management section, among others.

Commenting on the appointments, Dr. Demola Sogunle, Chief Executive, Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, said: “We are delighted to have a pool of highly experienced, diligent and very versatile professionals at Stanbic IBTC to be entrusted with the responsibilities of driving the next phase classified as internal use only of our growth.
