The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abbas Tajuddeen and his deputy, Benjamin Kalu have congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as he celebrates his 72nd birthday.
They celebrated the president in separate congratulatory messages on Thursday.
In a congratulatory message signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, the Speaker described the president as “a grandmaster of progressive politics”, adding that the president has refined and redefined politics and governance in Nigeria.
Similarly, the Deputy Speaker, Benjamin Kalu in his message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Levinus Nwabughiogu, commended President Tinubu for his obvious pragmatic moves that are now, gradually helping the economy to rebound.

Similarly, the Deputy President of the Senate, Barau Jibrin, also described President Tinubu as a visionary leader, urging Nigerians to support him in his quest to address the avalanche of challenges bedeviling the country.
Senator Barau in a statement on Thursday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir, called on Nigerians of all persuasions to pray for the country.
Also, former President Muhammadu Buhari has extended greetings to President Tinubu, on his 72nd birthday, commending the president for making sustained efforts to overcome the prevailing challenges in the country.
Buhari in a statement by his spokesman, Malam Garba Shehu, prayed for good health and long life for the president in order for the country to continue to benefit from his “excellent leadership.”
Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago also described President Tinubu as a man with exceptional leadership character that would move the country forward.
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, through his special adviser on media and publicity, Gboyega Akoshile, described Tinubu as a courageous, audacious, and passionate leader who is committed to the progress, growth, and development of Nigeria.
Senator Danladi Sankara also asked Nigerians to support the federal government’s efforts at stabilising the nation’s economy.
