Vice President Yemi Osinbajo yesterday assured the people of the South-East that the proposed new railway network would cut cross some states in the region.
Those states were Ebonyi, Enugu and Anambra.
The vice president made this known at Abakaliki, Ebonyi State at the wedding between Ngozi Nwankwo and Ekene Nelson Nwoporo, a security aide in his office.
He, however, noted that there were enough resources to cater for every Nigeria but stressed that the major challenges facing the nation was corruption.
The vice president accompanied by minister of transportation, Rotimi Ameachi, charged Nigerians to rise above any plan that would disintegrate Nigeria.
