Sound Sultan’s wife pays tribute in emotional message

In honour of her late husband, renowned artist Sound Sultan, Farida Fasasi posted an emotional message on social media.
On July 11, 2021, the Nigerian musician passed dead after a protracted fight with the rare illness Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. Two years after his passing, his loved ones, friends, and admirers have paid tribute to him on social media.
With a heartfelt message, his wife shared a video of the celebrity in his element—smiling, singing, and dancing—on Instagram.
She wrote: “Today, I choose to celebrate you. Today, I choose to honour your legacy. I choose to remember you in a good way. Omo iseyin, the one that loves his culture so much. My tall dark-skinned Iseyin man.”
