The Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) has awarded 30 companies in Kano State certificates for meeting quality and standard.
The Kano State Coordinator of SON, Ado Ibrahim, who made the presentation of the certificates on behalf of the SON DG, Dr Efeanyi Okeke, said that it was an indication that the companies served and distributed quality products in Nigerian markets.

He said, “Your products have been sampled, tested and certified in accordance with the relevant standards.”
Dr Okeke expressed the commitment of SON to have a database of companies selling or producing products with the aim to protect their brands and apprehend those illegally copying their brands.
