Three suspected bandits’ informants have been shot dead and six others arrested by soldiers in Kohoto village near Janjala in Kagarko LGA of Kaduna State.
A resident of Janjala, Abdullahi Zayyanu, said the shooting and arrest of the suspects followed the arrest of their ring leader, Mu’azu, alias Baushe, in Kagarko last week.

He explained that, “Mu’azu, alias Baushe, went to Kagarko market last week to buy foodstuff and hemp for his men and the troops were alerted and they went and picked him up.”
Recall that bandits have been terrorising communities like Akoti, Gundiri, Taka-Lafiya, Sadauna, Dutse and Janjala in Kagarko LGA.
However, there was no response from the spokesman of the Kaduna State Police Command on the development.
