The district head of Sifawa in Bodinga local government of Sokoto state, Muhammadu Buhari Tambari, has commended the military for the new strategy adopted to end insecurity in the country.
According to him, the new strategy which involves attacking identified hideouts of bandits and insurgents is yielding positive results.

He also commended the military for accepting and rehabilitating repentant insurgents.
Speaking during a stakeholders meeting on peace in his palace on Thursday, the monarch further described the CFR award that the Chief of Army Staff, Faruk Yahaya, has been reportedly shortlisted for as a deserving honour to a patriotic Nigerian.
