Former lawmaker, Shehu Sani, has reacted to the temporary leave off work by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity.
Daily Trust had reported how Ngelale, in a statement he posted on his Facebook page on Saturday, said he had informed the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, of his intention to proceed on an indefinite leave of absence.
According to him, he stepped down from his position as the spokesperson for President Bola Tinubu to squarely attend to health matters involving his nuclear family.
“On Friday, I submitted a memo to the Chief of Staff to the President informing my office that I am proceeding on an indefinite leave of absence to frontally deal with medical matters presently affecting my immediate, nuclear family,” the statement read in part.
