The senator representing Kebbi Central, Senator Muhammad Adamu Aliero, has distributed empowerment materials to his constituents, urging the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the materials to better their lives and their families’ as well.
In a statement by his media office in Abuja yesterday, Senator Aliero, who was a two-term governor of the state and former minister of the Federal Capital, said the empowerment was done in the spirit of the ‘renewed hope agenda’ of the federal government to further cushion the effects of economic hardship in society.

The items distributed included 125 refrigerators, 365 sewing machines, 30 tricycles, 96 plough-making tools, a supply of medicines to two primary healthcare centres in each of the local governments, and a supply of laboratory equipment to one general hospital in each of the eight local governments in his constituency.
