The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) has released 86 names of u-18 and u-20 athletes to represent the country at the forthcoming Confederation of African Athletics (CAA) U-18 and U-20 Championships.

The championships scheduled for Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire will take place from April 16 to April 20

According to the list, 42 athletes will compete in the U-18 category, while 44 athletes would represent the country in the U-20 category.

Some of the athletes in the U-20 category include Princess Kara, a 2018 National Sports Festival discus gold medallist, Rosemary Chukwuma, a 100m Youth Olympics gold medallist, David Olowokere, Enoch Adegoke. (NAN)
