Security operatives kill 12 terrorists in Niger

Security operatives have killed 12 suspected terrorists in Bassa community in Shiroro LGA of Niger State.

Residents told City & Crime that the terrorists invaded the community around 4am on Wednesday and started shooting.

One of the residents said, “The terrorists attacked Bassa town this morning. When they came, they started shooting. As Allah would have it, the security operatives engaged them and 12 of the terrorists were shot dead.

“In the process, a woman was shot dead and a little girl was shot on the mouth while two boys were shot on their hands.”
