The Secret Service has shot and killed a man who opened fire at the rally of ex-President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, on Saturday.
According to law enforcement officials, the suspected shooter was brought down at the scene of the crime.
Trump, who was six minutes into his speech, when gunshots disrupted the rally sustained injury.
He dropped to the ground and was swarmed by Secret Service agents who provided cover.

He had blood on his face as he was rushed away.
The Secret Service later said Trump was safe and under protective measures.
One of the persons who attended the rally was also killed in the incident which sent waves of shock across America.
The shooting is being investigated as an attempted assassination, according to law enforcement officials.
President Joe Biden denounced the violence during remarks Saturday night and said in a statement earlier that he’s “grateful” Trump is safe.
