The Minister of Science and Technology, Dr Ogbonnaya Onu has stated that Nigeria’s economy must be driven by science, technology and innovation to attain the desired development.
He stated this while speaking at the North-East sensitisation workshop on the National Science, Technology and Innovation Road Map 2030.

The workshop was organised for the staff of the ministry working in the six states of the region to avail them with the plan of action contained in the roadmap and ways of implementing them.
He said the ministry will continue to play a pivotal role in Nigeria’s journey towards real development.
