Senate President Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Dogara, nine state governors, ministers, traditional rulers, national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), John Odigie Oyegun and others were in Abeokuta yesterday for the wedding of the daughter of Governor Ibikunle Amosun, Ayomide and Habeeb, son of the Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa. The nine governors include, the Chairman of the Governors’ Forum, Abdul’azeez Yari, Ondo State governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, Sen. Abiola Ajumobi (Oyo), Akinwunmi Ambode (Lagos), Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara), Gombe, Ibrahim Dankwanbo and Jigawa, Muhammed Badaru Abubakar.
The wedding ceremony was presided over by the Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Prof. Ishaq Oloyede and the Chief Missioner of Ansar-ud-Deen Society, Sheikh Abdur-Rahman Ahmad.
Earlier, former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo witnessed the traditional engagement session, which lasted several hours.
