Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State has said that they have started understanding each other with the Emir of Kano, Malam Muhammad Sanusi ll.
It is believed that the feud between the governor and the emir, led to the creation of four new emirs in Kano state.
The four new emirates namely Bichi, Gaya, Karaye,and Rano were created after a bill to that effect was passed and assented to by the governor.
The emir, a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is also being probed by the Kano state a time corruption agency over over alleged misappropriation of N3.4bn. He has since replied a query issued to him on the misappropriation.
