The ASHRAAF Islamic Foundation (AIF) has called for more assistance for the needy to take them out of poverty and enable establish businesses.
The Leader of the team, Imam Shuaib Babamale, made the call on Monday in Abuja, during a sallah festival organized by the foundation for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Durumi.

According to him, ASHRAAF Islamic Foundation decided to otganise the sallah festival for the IDPs and the People with Disabilities (PWD) Colony in Karamajiji Airport Road, to make the less privileges have a sense of belonging.
The children and adults alike were joyous, especially when when a big bouncing castle was erected at the place for them to catch fun.
The Chief of Cripple Persons in Abuja, Alhaji Muhammad Suleiman Katsina prayed for the organization for the good gestures.
While receiving the team in Durumi, the Women Leader of the IDP Camp, Hajia Liyatu Ayuba, urged well meaning Nigerians to emulate what the ASHRAAF Islamic Foundation is doing for the less privileges in the society.
“Crimes and criminalities will reduce dramatically if the needy in the society are well treated,” she said.
Also, the District Head of Figba Sanma, Chief Emmanuel Gade, thanked the organizers for the program to make less privileges happy, urging Nigerians to emulate the foundation.
