The Senator representing Gombe Central, Muhammad Danjuma Goje, has distributed food items, clothes and money to vulnerable people for a joyful Sallah with their families in Akko and Yamaltu-Deba LGAs of Gombe State.
Distributing the items at his Gombe residence, Senator Goje, represented by Alhaji Danjuma Babayo, said over 1,200 people, women, youths, party leaders, vulnerable groups and religious leaders were targeted to benefit from the empowerment scheme.

He explained that 600 people from the two LGAs received a plastic box each which contained rice, beans, noodles, palm oil, vegetable oil, seasoning cubes, tomato paste and a wrapper.
