Rotary club lunch tree planting in Abuja

Members of the rotary club from Asokoro District in Abuja launched a tree planting campaign yesterday, aiming to protect the environment from human daily deflection.

President of the group, Adetola Fazat, while leading other members, planted over one hundred trees between Apo junction and its round-about, along the Nnamdi Azikiwe ring road, in the city centre.

She said the exercise is one of their 7 areas of focus within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
