The Chartered Risk Management Institute (CRMI) and the University of Lagos (UNILAG) will collaborate on strategies that would lead to the development of academic programmes for continuous capacity building in risk management and related disciplines.
This was disclosed during a courtesy visit of top management of the institute led by the president, Prof. Ezekiel Oseni to the Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies, UNILAG in Lagos.
Speaking at the visit, Oseni stressed the need to effectively harness the opportunity that comes with in-depth research and knowledge sharing between practice and the gown.
“With this it will be easier for issues outside there in the practice that cannot be resolved for us to be able to get the university to conduct necessary research that would add value…”
