Gunmen on Tuesday night killed two people at Hos community of Riyom LGA of Plateau State.
The killing prompted a protest by women, who blocked the Jos-Abuja highway on Wednesday morning.
The Tuesday killing came barely one week after six miners were killed in Farinlamba community of the same LGA.
