The House of Representatives has directed its committees on Justice and Financial Crimes to investigate the conduct of all legal and other services providers involved in the P&ID $11 billion arbitration judgment reversal.
This followed the adoption of a motion on matters of urgent public importance moved by Kama Nkemkanma at Plenary on Wednesday.
The committees are to report back within four weeks for further legislative actions.

Nkemkanma noted that the move was aimed at ensuring that such fraudulent practices are not repeated in future business transactions involving Nigeria or any other country.
