Families and friends of arrested 13 people at the home of the self-acclaimed Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo popularly called Sunday Igboho, on Wednesday, protested over their arrest in Ibadan.

The peaceful protest which was staged at Soka Bus Stop on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, later moved to the major streets in Ibadan, with the protesters demanding the release of the arrested persons.

Our correspondent further reports that the protesters also visited the palace of the Olubadan, Oba Saliu Adetunji, to solicit support for the release of the arrested persons.
