The Kogi State Referees Council has concluded arrangement for a conference for coaches, footballers, state referees, club supporters, and other stakeholders on new rules or amendments in the laws of the game.
This was contained in a statement signed by S.S. Bello, an engineer and official of the council and made available to newsmen in Lokoja.
The statement noted that the seminar fixed for the NUJ Press Centre, Lokoja on December 22 will bring sports professionals, experts, and administrators together to discuss the new role of football supporters and the menace of sports hooliganism.
