Ex-NPFL hotshot, Anthony Okpotu has set a target of 15 goals for his present club, US Monastir in the Tunisian top division.
The former Lobi Stars striker who has scored six goals in the league is confident he would add more to his present tally.
Over the weekend, Okpotu scored a brace in his team’s 3-1 away win at US Tataouine.
US Monastir who parade another former Nigerian junior international and former Lobi Stars defensive midfielder, Moses Orkuma currently lead the table with 21 points.
The former CHAN Eagles star who had played in Libya, Morocco and Albania told Daily Trust that he is not going to rest on his oars because his target is to score at least 15 goals.
“I’m very happy not just with my scoring form but for the entire team. I just want to continue helping my team win matches but am sure of scoring not less than 15 goals,” he said.
On the support he is enjoying from his compatriot Moses Orkuma, he said “He has been very supportive as usual just like our days in Lobi stars.
“We keep pushing each other on and off the pitch. He is a childhood friend so we are always helping each other.”
