Eight Nigerians have been drafted by the NBA.
It is the highest ever for players with at least one of their parents from Nigeria, the National Basket Ball Federation said in a Facebook post on Thursday.
Six of the players got drafted as first-round picks.

It is also the first time players born and raised in Nigeria got drafted in the first round – with Precious Achiuwa making 20th overall selection by the Miami Heat and the other, Udoka Azubuike, 27th overall for Utah Jazz.
