Randy father arrested for defiling daughter in Ondo

Officers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence (NSCDC) in Ondo State have arrested a man, Abraham Achibong (40), for allegedly defiling his 14-year-old daughter.

Parading the suspect on Wednesday in Akure, the state commandant of NSCDC, Ibiloye Oluyemi, said, “This had been going on for six years until a few days ago when the girl summoned the courage to confide in her teacher when the Ondo State Primary Healthcare officers visited her school on a sensitisation programme on human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.

“The suspect has since confessed to the crime and he would be prosecuted in the law court for his crimes of rape, molestation and incest.”
