Former Military President Ibrahim Badamasi Babaginda has called on Muslims to use the opportunity of the Ramadan to pray for Nigeria to surmount its many challenges.

In his Ramadan message to the Muslim Ummah yesterday in Minna, the former military president acknowledged that Nigeria is faced with a lot of challenges but at all levels but that with divine interventions, the myriads of problems were movable.

“We are no doubt faced with various challenges at personal and national levels, but we are always strong and believing in divine intervention to always take us through the right path with prayers to find solutions to our challenges,” he said.

He said he was of strong conviction, perseverance, good intention, prayers, fairness and firmness of purpose Nigeria would be great again.

Babangida congratulated Muslims in Nigeria and across the world for seeing yet another Ramadan month.
