The Radio House Staff Multipurpose Cooperative Society (RAHOMCOS) has declared N7.1 million as a surplus made by the organisation for 2020.
The president, Jonathan Nworgu, who stated this in Abuja during the Annual General Meeting of the cooperative, also declared a dividend of over N3.7m to be shared with members.

Nworgu, in a statement, said over N6m was declared in 2019 as surplus and that the cooperative, despite the devastation of the world economy by the COVID-19 pandemic last year, made over N1m surplus.
The organization also acquired an office and mini-mart which was commissioned by the President of Abuja Cooperatives, Emmanuel Atama.
The cooperative has also digitized its process offering members opportunities to apply for loans or any other thing as well as have access to their cooperative accounts through their phones.
A representative of the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Ozor Alphonsus, enjoined the members to refrain from any act capable of liquidating or degrading the integrity of the organisation.
